In this episode of The Plant Trainers Podcast, we talk with Dawn Renee all about self-care and what it takes to care for somebody with a degenerative disease, the toll it can take on the caregiver, and the steps the caregiver could take to keep themselves in their best possible health and energy. Coming from a place of illness and immobility herself, Dawn shares how she rebuilt her health, and the steps she now takes and coaches others to take to make sure caregivers do not fall ill themselves. You will find the tips and resources to be both accessible and actionable. Please share this out with anybody you know who cares for others including parents with healthy children or anyone who has a family member who needs looking after.
