Trainers Podcast, we talk to The Rock Creek Runner, Doug Hay about
the ins and outs of trail running. We start off by talking to Doug
about his experience in raising his plant-based daughter, Eliza.

He’s the founder of Rock Creek Runner, host of the Trail Talk podcast, a trail and ultra running resource, and the co-host of No Meat Athlete Radio. Doug is fanatical about everything trail running: beards, plaid shirts, bruised toenails, and all.
